Chef Ryan Carroll customizes your menus for intimate dining experiences that will exceed your expectations. You name it, we can cook it! View our sample menus below.

Chef Ryan specializes in Private In-Home Dinner Parties. The parties start with a minimum of 2 or 4 guests, and up to as many as your Dining Room or Backyard can hold. We also cater large events with backyard BBQs, and lunch and dinner catering.

We can accommodate on-site experiences on Long Island, NYC, The Hamptons,

and beyond.

How It Works

We take pride in sourcing the freshest ingredients from local farms and purveyors from the East End of Long Island.

  • Menu Customization: Can menus be customized to dietary restrictions or preferences?
    Short and simple, yes!
  • Pricing: What is the cost, and does it include ingredients, labor, and cleanup?
    $250 per guest which includes everything from shopping, prepping, setting the table, cooking, and clean up.
  • Experience and Specialties: What is the chef’s culinary background and specialty?
    Chef Ryan has a bachelor's degree from the Culinary Institute of America, he has worked in restaurants for over 15 years under chef’s such as Jean Georges, John Fraser, and Jose Andres. Chef Ryan focuses on a farm to table approach to food with French, Italian, Asian, and Mediterranean flair to his dishes.
  • Availability: How far in advance do I need to book?
    Two weeks is preferred, Chef Ryan does take last minute parties.
  • Service Duration: How long will the chef be present before, during, and after the meal?
    Chef Ryan arrives 3-4 hours before dinner is served and stays until after dessert when clean up is finalized.
  • Number of Guests: What is the maximum or minimum number of guests the chef can cater to?
    The minimum number of guests is two, there is no maximum!
  • Kitchen Requirements: Are there specific kitchen equipment or space requirements?
    There is not! We have worked out of the smallest of kitchens, we make it happen!
  • Ingredients: Does the chef source ingredients, or do I need to provide them?
    Chef Ryan sources all of the ingredients, you do not need to shop for anything.
  • Cleanup Services: Is kitchen cleanup included in the service?
    Yes we leave the kitchen spotless! We do the dishes, sweep, mop, and take the garbage out.
  • Payment: What payment methods do you take?
    We accept all forms of payment from cash, credit card, Venmo or Zelle.
